Anyone
can sell you shelving, but at Grafco we want to be sure you receive the
right product for your application. Depending on your requirement any one
or a combination of types may be the best solution. For quick delivery, we
maintain a Memphis inventory of the more popular sizes of steel shelving.
Steel shelving
 The
most common, with exceptional value and quality. Steel shelving is
available in several sizes to accommodate any requirement. A variety
of accessories are available to customize that requirement. |
Wire shelving
 Available
in several sizes and finishes, wire shelving provides good air
circulation, better visibility, and better housekeeping. |
Automotive parts bins
| The
right solution for a majority of automotive parts. Quick
identification and easy access to parts is critical for an efficient
operation and the parts bin satisfies the need. |
Drawer units
 Drawers
added to standard shelving provide more storage per square foot than
the shelving without drawers. Typically 5-8 times more SKU's and
when the drawer is open each is visible. Drawers provide better
inventory control and much faster picking rates. |
Rivet style shelving
 Simple,
economical design for light weight requirements. Rivet shelving has
a multitude of uses for hand stack applications. |
High rise units
 Special
applications for maximum cube utilization. High rise shelving in
excess of 20 feet high is available. It utilizes the total space
available while minimizing the floor space used. Mechanical picking
equipment is required. |
Multi-level systems
 Special
application for maximum cube utilization. Several types are
available including full mat, and catwalk. Second and third floor
levels provide easy access to all shelf units. Special engineering
and seismic permits may be required. |
Bulk storage
 Most
efficient storage for larger, lightweight cartons with least amount
of wasted shelf space. This is a hand loaded storage media, not to
be used with mechanical equipment. |
Lateral movable units
 Maximum
density storage since aisles are eliminated. Access is limited but
for slower requirements or record storage the efficiencies are
measurable. |
Specialty units
| Various
products have special requirements for storage. Utilizing the
options and accessories available the shelving can be configured to
best suit individual needs. X-ray storage is one example of a heavy
item with a special size. |
