MECHANICAL INSTALL
Whether it's a car dealer parts department or a major distribution center, Grafco has the expertise and knowledgeable mechanics to properly install the equipment you need. After designing your floor layout, CAD drawings are prepared to show the exact placement within your building. These same drawings are used to complete the permit process and, if necessary, to complete the
seismic requirements.
ELECTRICAL INSTALL
When the job requires electrical connections, either line voltage or low voltage, Grafco, with its licensed electricians, can complete the necessary work as part of the total project. Our team handles scheduling coordination for the mechanical and electrical installation. All phases of the work are completed in a most efficient and timely manner.
SEISMIC DESIGN
Do not be misled by other dealers. The local Memphis and Shelby County Building Code requires a building permit to erect , install, alter or repair shelving, pallet rack and conveyor. Anything more than 8 feet above the floor is subject to the
seismic requirements. Grafco is a licensed Tennessee contractor and will prepare the necessary documents, drawings and engineering calculations to complete the permit process. You do not have to deal with the Code
officials; we do it all for you.
